We are currently able to offer or impartial, independent advice to clients via or projects:​

• Exeter City Council - in partnership with Citizens Advice Exeter we provide home visits and appointments at the council to give assistance with benefit, income maximization, affordability checks, grant applications, debt help, benefit appeals.  Referrals are made via Exeter City Council Housing Options Team​

• East Devon District Council – Fund us to provide affordability assessments in East Devon Local Authority offices - referrals via East Devon District Council .We are also funded to provide more in-depth casework, offering  home visits to East Devon residents needing help with benefit entitlement, debt solutions, grant application.  Referrals via East Devon District Council  Rent Team, Revenue and Benefits and Housing Departments.

• South Hams District Council and West Devon Borough Council - providing telephone affordability assessments, and more in-depth casework to assist clients with debt solutions, grant applications and help with benefit applications including appeals.  Referrals via South Hams and West Devon Council Housing Advice and Revenues and Benefits Departments.

 

• Teignbridge District Council - Fund us to provide affordability assessments in Teignbridge District Council Local Authority offices - referrals via Teignbridge District Council. We are also funded to provide more in-depth casework, offering  home visits to Teignbridge District Council residents needing help with benefit entitlement, debt solutions, grant application.

• Cornerstone Housing Association –fund us to visit clients in their own homes to assist tenants who are experiencing difficulties in paying their rent offering advice and support which include benefit checks, assistance with applying for benefits and debt solutions.  Referrals are made by housing officers

• ​Sanctuary Housing - fund us to visit client in their own homes visits to assist tenants who are experiencing difficulties in paying their rent, we also support tenants with Tenancy Sustainment, assist with grant applications, benefit claims and debt advice.  Referrals are made by housing officers

• Teign Housing - fund us to visit the tenant in their own homes visits to assist tenants who are experiencing difficulties in paying their rent.  Referrals are made by housing officers
