What we do
The primary purpose of Homemaker is to prevent homelessness and promote independence. We achieve this by working in a number of areas and with a wide range of partners. The projects we run include the following.
- Specialist Tenancy Sustainment services, including money and housing advice across the South West
- Specialist services for offenders in North Devon, Torridge and North Cornwall including;
- Inside Out Project - Specialist Accommodation Support for the families of offenders in Exeter, East and Mid Devon...New....... Inside Out Project 1st Year Interim Report
- Specialist Support, Advice and Training to Local Authority Housing Advice teams
- Specialist Support, Advice and Training to RSL Housing Advice Teams
